1. Delivery Orders (Weight & Distance)

If you require delivery, the following fees apply:
• Packing Fee: A standard fee of 1% of your total product value is charged to cover secure packaging materials and handling.
• Shipping Fee: Calculated based on the total weight and destination. Because cargo rates fluctuate, we calculate this manually after you place your order to give you the fairest price.
The Process for Delivery:

1. Place your order online.
2. We will contact you via [WhatsApp/Phone] with the shipping quote.
3. Once the shipping fee is paid, we dispatch your order.
4. Store Pickup (100% FREE)

If you prefer to collect your items yourself, we offer a Free Store Pickup option at checkout.

• No Packing Charges: Since the items do not need to be prepared for long-distance transit, the 1% packing fee is waived.
• No Delivery Charges: You pay $0 for shipping.
• Ready for Pickup: We will notify you when your items are ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation.
How to show this at Checkout:

You should give the customer a "Shipping Method" choice. It should look like this:

• Option A: Delivery (Text: "Packing (1%) + Shipping to be calculated & billed after checkout")
• Option B: Local Pickup (Text: "Free - No packing or delivery fees")
